Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided during checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most locations within the United States and selected international destinations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations, carrier restrictions, and service availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on eligible products or orders. Any such promotions will be clearly stated on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
GD MART is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
GD MART is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be re-shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist in working with the carrier to investigate the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related losses.

Order Cancellations
